Egale.ca Egale Canada is a national organization that advances equality and justice for lesbian, gay, bisexual, and trans-identified people and their families across Canada. GLAAD is dedicated to promoting and ensuring fair, accurate and inclusive representation of people and events in the media as a means of eliminating homophobia and discrimination based on gender identity and sexual orientation. PFLAG PFLAG promotes the
health and well-being of gay, lesbian, bisexual and transgender
persons, their families and friends through: support, to cope with an
adverse society; education, to enlighten an ill-informed public; and
advocacy, to end discrimination and to secure equal civil rights.
Parents, Families and Friends of Lesbians and Gays provides opportunity
for dialogue about sexual orientation and gender identity, and acts to
create a society that is healthy and respectful of human diversity.

Pink Triangle a not-for-profit, volunteer-based social service agency which fosters the health and wellness of all gay, lesbian, bisexual, trans (transsexual, transgender, genderqueer), two-spirit, queer and questioning (GLBTTQ) people in the Ottawa/Outaouais region. AIDS Committee of Toronto provides information, as well as practical, emotional and social support services to men, women and youth living with HIV/AIDS in Toronto. We also help people with HIV/AIDS to re-enter the work force. Asian Community Aids Services a charitable, non-profit, community-based organization. It provides HIV/AIDS education, prevention, and support services to the East and Southeast Asian Canadian communities. These programs are based on a pro-active and holistic approach to HIV/AIDS and are provided in a collaborative, empowering, and non-discriminatory manner. Canadian AIDS Society is a national coalition of over 125 community-based AIDS organizations across Canada. We are dedicated to strengthening the response to HIV/AIDS across all sectors of society, and to enriching the lives of people and communities living with HIV/AIDS. |
